Congratulations on making the decision to join the Saba Eats food delivery services network.
Here we list the important documents you need to upload.
To get started download the Saba Eats Driver app from your app store.
Create your account by adding all your credentials. You will receive an SMS confirmation code on your phone. Enter the code to complete the signup process.
Next, you will need to upload your documents via the Saba Eats app. Alternatively, you can email them to us we will gladly upload them onto your portal for you.
Once all documents are uploaded we verify them and activate your account within 72 hours and you are ready to start making money.
Acceptable courier options:
- Small cars
2. Motorbikes
3. Scooters
4. Bicycles/Pushbikes.
Required documents
1. Vehicle Insurance (cars & minivans). Your vehicle must have a current third-party damage (CTP) or comprehensive insurance cover. You should be the nominated driver. This applies to bike or motorcycle riders as well.
2. Full driver’s license (or motorbike or motorcycle Licence).
3. Bicycle/Pushbike delivery couriers: We only need your form of identification such as a passport or driver’s license.
4. Your facial selfie (all agents).
5. Front photo of your motorbike, motorcycle, or vehicle. The photo must clearly show the number plate of the car.
6. All service providers must be 18 years old or over.
What we provide you:
1. The Saba Eats branded food carrier bag.
2. The branded reflective safety vest or T-shirt.
3. Every courier using a motorbike, motorcycle, or pushbike is expected to wear a helmet.
4. All couriers are expected to be decently dressed (no jeans, no exposed vests/singlets)
